About Chef : MASAMINE ISHIKAWA
Utilizing my experience in Kyoto Kappo and Okinawa's high-end restaurants, I'm starting a new food delivery business in my hometown of Hokkaido for the first time in 30 years, to allow more people to enjoy Japanese food and culture! The name Kabuto comes from the name of Kabuto Sushi, which was run by my late father and mother.
